A new notebook series from Acer has now officially introduced to the public. The notebook is Acer Switch 11 Series which offers a screen size of 11.6 inches and is intended for business people and those working in education.
This notebook comes with a convertible design that provides flexibility in terms of usage. This device can be used either in a notebook or tablet mode. There are four modes of usage that can be utilized, the touch mode, typing mode, mode of viewing and sharing mode. The device is completed with magnetic joints which can be dismantled and reassembled.

This device comes to the market with a price tag ranging from 399 USD. For the operating system, the Acer using the Windows 8.1 OS with Bing and convertible display device is equipped with an anti-fingerprint coating and Gorilal Glass 3 In addition, there are also responsive Chiclet keyboard. According to the plan, this type of convertible devices will present to the market in October.
There are two options Switch 11 notebook provided by Acer. First SW5-171 models aimed at professionals. This notebook comes with a 11.6-inch screen and full HD resolution using the Intel Core i5 processor. In addition, the device comes with 4GB of RAM and HDD capacity up to 128GB.
Meanwhile SW5-111 models offer a lower specification. Convertible notebook is equipped with 11.6-inch screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels. Inside are Intel Atom Z3745 processor quad core is accompanied by 2GB of RAM and 64GB HDD.
